Next home game set for Thursday

My apologies for not posting on here in a while. It has been a busy couple of weeks, as it also has been for the WHS Thunder hockey teams.

The next home game for the WHS DQ Men's Thunder is scheduled for Thursday, January 5th. WHS will face Carleton North High School. Game time is 7:00 pm.

Come on out and support the boys! 

WHS falls to Carleton North and Ecole Grande-Riviere

The Woodstock High School DQ Thunder were defeated by Carleton North 5-2 in Florenceville-Bristol on Wednesday, December 7th. A fight also broke out between a linesman and some WHS players following the game.

WHS also fell to Ecole Grande-Riviere 7-3 on Thursday, December 8th on home ice.

WHS will face Ecole Sainte Anne tonight in Fredericton. Good luck boys!

Thunder shut out St. Leonard on Sunday, fall to Hartland on Monday

The WHS DQ Thunder shut out St. Leonard 8-0 on the road on Sunday night, but fell to the Hartland Community School Huskies in a close, 6-4 game on Monday night in Hartland.

Their next home game is scheduled for Thursday, November 24th at 7 pm at the Carleton Civic Centre.

Thunder shut out Vikings by five points

Congratulations to the WHS DQ Thunder on your 5-0 victory over the Southern Victoria Vikings last night (Thursday, November 17th). The Thunder played a great, hard-fought game. Both goaltenders, Dakota Acott and Matthew Inman, did well also. Kudos to you, Thunder!
